Casa Nandi is a luxurious villa nestled in the lush jungle canopy offering panoramic ocean views
and breathtaking sunsets. Life within the 12-acre gated private reserve is a haven of blissful

This flowing, open concept hideaway has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and comfortably sleeps six.
The villa sits at an elevation of 640 feet above sea level where the constant ocean breezes and the
cool air of the jungle keep the temperature a comfortable 82 degrees year-round. Energy efficient
zoned air conditioning provides cool sleeping comfort in all of the bedrooms
Each king bedroom is en suite with indoor/outdoor rain showers, private terraces with seating,
and luxury linens. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, allowing for easy access for
guests.
The third bedroom on the lower level has twin beds that convert to a king, with an expansive
teak yoga deck featuring an outdoor soaking tub and hanging bed.
A dip in the Jade-colored plunge pool which soars into the rain forest canopy 40 feet above the
jungle floor is a one-of-a-kind architectural detail that melds sea and sky; sunsets from this
vantage point are the essence of barefoot luxury, and daily visits from toucan, sloth and monkey
are literally eye-level.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes professional grade appliances and a breakfast island
for casual dining. The total open concept design of the kitchen flows to the outdoor dining area
that includes a built-in four-burner gas BBQ, prep sink, an outdoor beverage center, and sunset
dining for six.
This boutique hideaway is a short stroll from epicurean delights SCALA Restaurant and SIBU
Cafe Escaleras, and the newly opened Eternity Day Spa adds an element of resort-style
pampering in the middle of the rain forest.
