The main house serves as the heart of the home, offering a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, elegant dining area, inviting living space, and laundry room. Two bedrooms are located here, including the ocean-view master suite, which features a spa-inspired bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in closet, and uninterrupted views of the ocean and surrounding jungle.

A separate, self-contained apartment provides two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a mini kitchen—perfect for extended family, additional guests, or those desiring extra privacy.
