This private sanctuary blends sophisticated design, wellness-focused amenities, and the natural beauty of Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific coast into one exceptional experience.Thoughtfully designed across two separate residences, the estate offers both privacy and connection, making it ideal for wellness retreats, corporate gatherings, family reunions, celebrations, or luxury group travel.

The main residence features four beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, each designed to maximize comfort, privacy, and breathtaking ocean views. The expansive primary suite is a private sanctuary unto itself, complete with a king bed, spa-inspired bathroom, walk-in closet, outdoor shower, and secluded outdoor soaking tub immersed in the jungle landscape. Three additional ensuite bedrooms offer spectacular Pacific vistas and private terraces, including one flexible suite with a queen bed and single bunk accommodation for up to three guests. For retreat groups or individual travelers, two of the king suites can also be configured as twin beds.

Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the heart of the home unfolds into expansive social spaces featuring a gourmet chef’s kitchen, elegant lounge areas, indoor and alfresco dining, and multiple terraces overlooking the ocean. Guests can gather around the outdoor BBQ area, unwind in the jacuzzi beneath the stars, cool off in the stunning resort-style pool, or relax with sunset cocktails while toucans and scarlet macaws glide through the jungle canopy. This stunning villa, perched on a hillside terrace within a gated community, is the perfect starting point for all your Costa Rican adventures. Just a short walk from the beach, you can surf world-class waves, hike through lush rainforest, visit a waterfall, or simply relax and soak in the breathtaking ocean views.

Managed by a real estate services company, every detail is taken care of so you can completely unwind. The sights and sounds of Canto del Mar (Song of the Sea) will truly leave you in awe.

The Space
This villa features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is part of an exclusive vacation community of small homes nestled among lush mountains and surrounded by stunning ocean views. From almost every room, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Pacific, while rainforest trails, pristine beaches, and local wildlife (monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds) are just steps away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The Dominicalito area, on the Pacific coast, has always been a favorite destination for both surfers and visitors seeking an authentic Costa Rican experience. From whale watching from the terrace (in season) to visiting nearby waterfalls and participating in horseback riding, this village offers the perfect location for exploring the surrounding area and all that the South Pacific has to offer.

Getting to Dominical: Two domestic airlines, Skyway and Sansa, fly from San José, Liberia, and other cities in Costa Rica to Quepos Airport, which is about an hour north of Dominical, or to Palmar Sur Airport, which is about 40 minutes south of Dominical. The flight from San José takes 3.5 hours.

Casa Rimba

About this space

Welcome to this tropical, modern masterpiece surrounded by the dramatic jungle that offers jaw-dropping ocean views. You will be sure to relx in this serene haven, situated 720 feet above sea level, ensuring privacy and offering you all the ammenities you need to enjoy your five star vacation in the Southern Pacific of Costa Rica. – Located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Costa Rica. A 4 wheel drive car is necessary / Taxis or private transfers are not allowed to get in.

The space

Our guests will have access to the entire house, including their own parking lot, pool and yoga deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped, our living room has an open design and you can decide to dine in the indoor dining area, or choose al fresco in our outdoor patio. The house offers three, bedrooms equipped with king beds and ensuit bathrooms, filled with the neccesities you will need during your 5 star vacation.

Guest access

Guests will be greeted by our property management team and shown around the house in order to feel as comfortable as possible. Guests will be granted access to the entire property. The property is found in an exclusive, gated community, that is guarded.

Villa Sol at Alma Tierra Mar

Villa Sol is a well-appointed, medium-sized studio with expansive ocean views. There is a beautiful teak hardwood bed with new hotel-quality mattresses and cool Egyptian cotton sheets. The king can be reconfigured into two twin XL beds upon request. This villa sleeps 2 adults comfortably, perfect for singles, couples, or friends traveling together.

The space

Villa Sol is a well-appointed, medium-sized studio with expansive ocean views. The beautiful teak hardwood bed is adorned with new hotel-quality mattresses and cool Egyptian cotton sheets. The king bed can be reconfigured into two twin XL beds upon request. A fully stocked mini-kitchen allows guests to create tasty meals to enjoy on your private deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This villa sleeps 2 adults comfortably.

The sleeping space is tucked to one side. The beautiful teak hardwood bed is adorned with new hotel-quality mattresses and cool Egyptian cotton sheets. The king-sized bed can be converted into two twin XLs upon request. Opposite the king is a beautiful teak daybed topped with a twin XL mattress, used as a couch to lounge in the ocean breeze or as an additional bed. In total, Villa Olas sleeps 3 comfortably.

For Villa Olas enter the property from the main gate. Park at the end of the gravel driveway. The covered patio to your right will take you to the front door. The lock box is to the right of the door. Access codes will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival.
