Pura Vida! Casa MK- 5 Bedroom Ocean view Villa 2WD access in Uvita, Osa. Located in a beautiful hill of Uvita is nestled in the lush rainforest mountains of Costa Rica’s southern Pacific coast. This tropical-modern 5 bedroom 5,5 bath villa offers plenty of natural light, indoor/outdoor living space and views of both the jungle slopes and southern coastline. A perfect place for families and friends who desire relaxing in modern comforts with close proximity to beaches, waterfalls and town amenities.

This is a private 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home designed to comfortably accommodate 12 people. There is high speed Wi-Fi as well as a flat screen Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.  Linens and towels are provided, as well as laundry and dishwashing soaps. The washer and dryer are located outside.

Welcome to our comfortable home nestled halfway up a hillside in the jungle of Uvita. Perched just over 700 feet above sea level, this well-appointed villa offers luxury and comfort surrounded by the sublime natural beauty of the southern Pacific coast.

The property features tropical landscaping and a local flower garden. The elevation provides pleasant sea breezes and balmy temperatures. Wildlife abounds in the surrounding jungle, so look and listen for colorful toucans, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys.

The terrace with dining area and pool are the center of the villa. Sliding glass doors open wide to enjoy the indoors and outdoors.  On the deck, an outdoor shower, bar area and gas BBQ area facilitate poolside evenings while enjoying views of the mountainsides and rainforest all the way to the coast.

The interior space is a perfect union of natural beauty and modern style.  High ceilings, glass walls and hand-carved wooden beams make the space open and inviting. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms.  The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The kitchen island and dining area provide ample seating. The bar area has a smart TV.

Each of the bedrooms has its own full bathroom, equipped with bath towels and all the amenities for your own privacy. Privacy blinds allow you to sleep in the morning. All showers and sinks with hot water. The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with separate access, and the other 3 bedrooms on the second floor.

Guess Access / Privacy / Security:

The property is accessed from a paved part of the road via a private driveway through an electronic security gate.  There is ample parking on the premises for at least 3 vehicles.  Access to the interior of the villa is possible through the main gate or through the pool gate.

Other things to note:

– 4×2 vehicle required.

– Check In: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. 40 USD for entry after 8:00 pm.

– Check-out time: 10.00 am

– Children are welcome, however, please take note of the internal stairs, railings, deep pool, and steep slope boundaries of the landscaped areas.

– There are 8 exterior surveillance cameras located on the property.

– Construction is common in Dominical and Uvita. There may be construction traffic on the mountain roads and around the house.

– We have a strict cancellation policy. To protect your trip, please consider purchasing travel/medical insurance that includes protections for airline changes, trip interruption, cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and medical emergencies. We are not responsible for such eventualities.
