This house offers a distinctive experience with its open-air areas and direct access to the river, providing an immersive connection with nature. You’ll have the entire space for yourself and your loved ones. The pool area is a dream, presenting awe-inspiring views of the majestic mountains. The meticulously kept gardens and lush Costa Rican plantations provide the perfect finishing touch, making this experience unparalleled and among the best in Costa Rica. Depending on the season, you can pick and enjoy a variety of fruits, including bananas, pineapples, star fruit, water apples, limes, sour mandarins, and breadfruit, to name just a few.


Location: The landscape features lush, rolling mountains and open valleys, often adorned with veils of clouds. Las Tumbas is nestled between San Isidro, Perez Zeledon, and Dominical. Access is remarkably easy, just a 5-minute drive off the highway. It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Dominical and the beaches, and only a couple of miles to both the Nauyaca and Diamante Falls. The property is conveniently located near a grocery store, supermarkets, and several restaurants. Be sure to ask our concierge for the best recommendations! **4X4 Vehicle is required.

 4-wheel drive  is  necessary to access Casa Nandi and we will happily arrange your rental.  In order to maintain the seclusion within the gated community, only private transfers arranged through Pico Mar are allowed within the development.  If you require a taxi it is suggested that you meet at the conveniently located Escaleras Village.

Getting around

We recommend to use a 4×4 in Costa Rica, no matter where you are going if you would like to experience more and visit amazing places sometimes a car 4×4 is necessary, however the drive to the house is less than 5 minutes from the highway, on a dirt road and easy to drive but 4×4 is neccesary.
