At the center of the property is Cosara Grande, the main house and heart of the retreat, featuring spacious indoor and outdoor living areas designed for gathering, dining, and creating memories together. The home includes a laundry room, covered parking, a BBQ area, and an infinity pool overlooking one of Uvita’s most breathtaking views—the world-famous Whale’s Tail and the Pacific Ocean.

The main house features four en-suite bedrooms, including one family-friendly room with bunk beds, making it perfect for couples traveling with children. The master suite offers an elevated private experience, complete with stunning ocean views, an outdoor soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and its own lounge area.

Just a stone’s throw away, Cosara Guesthouse offers a fully independent and private space—ideal for a couple, grandparents, or anyone in the group looking for a little extra peace and privacy while remaining close to everyone else. Surrounded by jungle with partial ocean views, the guesthouse includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchen, dining area, private laundry, outdoor BBQ space, and its own small plunge pool.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Cosara Property, including both homes—Cosara Grande and Cosara Guesthouse—as well as all of the spacious outdoor areas surrounding them.

The property is fully private and accessed through an electric gate, offering security and seclusion throughout your stay. Despite its elevated location and stunning ocean views, the property is easily accessible via a paved road, so no 4x4 vehicle is required. For added peace of mind, the community also provides 24/7 security.
