Surrounded by tropical forest and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the residence brings together striking contemporary architecture and warm, refined interiors. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame the ever-changing ocean horizon, while natural materials, bespoke furnishings and carefully considered details create an atmosphere that is sophisticated, serene and entirely connected to its surroundings.

The residence comprises five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, accommodating up to ten guests. Every bedroom features its own private terrace, allowing guests to step directly into the surrounding landscape and enjoy the ocean views and tropical setting from the privacy of their own space.

Two expansive master suites offer an exceptional sense of seclusion, each with a walk-in wardrobe, private terrace and luxurious soaking tub. The fifth bedroom is positioned separately from the main residence, creating an additional private retreat for guests who desire greater independence, and includes its own kitchenette.

At the heart of the home, an elegant fully equipped kitchen and dining area flow naturally into the principal living spaces and expansive outdoor terraces. The architecture opens generously towards the Pacific, creating a seamless connection between the interiors, gardens and horizon beyond.

Outside, a private pool wraps around the residence, flowing alongside the architecture and creating an extraordinary setting from which to experience the Pacific Ocean. A jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ area and open-air living spaces provide a natural setting for long, unhurried days immersed in the tropical landscape, whether enjoying a leisurely afternoon by the pool, dining beneath the stars or simply taking in the changing colours of the ocean.

The residence has also been designed to accommodate the many ways in which today’s discerning traveller may wish to spend their time. A fully air-conditioned private gym allows guests to maintain their wellness routine, while an open-air yoga deck offers a tranquil setting for private yoga, meditation or wellness sessions surrounded by nature. For those combining leisure with work, a dedicated office and conference room provides a sophisticated environment for private meetings, executive retreats or extended working stays, without compromising the sense of seclusion that defines the property.
