Privacy Policy

When you subscribe to our newsletter we store the email address you enter and, if you provide it, your name. We also record the date, time, and IP address of your request as evidence of your consent to be contacted.

Browsing the site does not require an account. When you book a villa, payment is processed by our payment provider, Tilopay, and we store booking details — never your card number.

If you subscribed to the newsletter, we use your email to send it — occasional notes on new villas and quiet-season rates — and the single confirmation message that activates your subscription.

If you sent us an inquiry about a villa, we use your name, email, dates and any message you added to answer it. Some homes are not managed by us day to day, so answering may mean checking your dates with the owner before we reply. If you gave us a phone number, we use it only to reach you about that inquiry.

We never sell or rent your information. To answer an inquiry we may pass your dates, and where it is needed your name and your message, to the owner of the home you asked about. The other parties who see it are the companies that run this service for us: our email provider, our hosting provider, and our database provider. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that message also goes through WhatsApp.

Subscriptions are double opt-in: after you sign up we email you a confirmation link, and you are added to the list only once you click it. That link expires after 48 hours. If you never confirm, your entry is never activated.

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. When you unsubscribe we stop contacting you and mark your subscription inactive.

When you send an inquiry, it reaches us as an email or a WhatsApp message. We keep it while we answer you and for as long as we need it for our records. We do not store your IP address with your inquiry.
