When you subscribe to our newsletter we store the email address you enter and, if you provide it, your name. We also record the date, time, and IP address of your request as evidence of your consent to be contacted.

Browsing the site does not require an account. When you book a villa, payment is processed by our payment provider, Tilopay, and we store booking details — never your card number.

We use your email only to send the newsletter you asked for — occasional notes on new villas and quiet-season rates — and the single confirmation message that activates your subscription. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the email-delivery provider that sends these messages on our behalf.

Subscriptions are double opt-in: after you sign up we email you a confirmation link, and you are added to the list only once you click it. That link expires after 48 hours. If you never confirm, your entry is never activated.

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. When you unsubscribe we stop contacting you and mark your subscription inactive.
